Is SupplyChainStack really free to start?
Yes. The Starter plan is permanently free — not a trial. You get access to all 9+ free tools (demand forecasting, landed cost, safety stock, dead stock, reorder optimization, and more), one dataset upload per month, and basic inventory health reporting with no time limit. No credit card required to sign up.
What's the difference between the free and paid plans?
The free plan is designed for businesses getting started with data-driven inventory management. The Growth plan ($49/month) adds unlimited dataset uploads, AI demand forecasting with 12-month projections, and reorder point recommendations — the features that save significant time and reduce costly inventory mistakes. The Pro plan ($149/month) adds unlimited SKUs, multi-warehouse support, and API access for teams that need to integrate SupplyChainStack into a broader tech stack.
How does AI demand forecasting work?
You upload your historical sales data as a CSV (or connect via API). SupplyChainStack's AI analyzes your sales velocity, seasonal patterns, and trends at the SKU level to produce demand forecasts for the next 30, 60, and 90 days. The system automatically detects and adjusts for outliers (promotions, supply disruptions) that would distort a simple moving average.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no annual contracts on the Growth plan. Cancel anytime from your account settings — no cancellation fees, no questions asked. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period and your data is available for export.
What file formats does SupplyChainStack accept?
CSV files with sales transaction data. Typical columns include: date, SKU or product ID, quantity sold, and optionally revenue, unit cost, and warehouse location. We provide a sample CSV template to help format your data correctly. For the Pro plan, API access allows direct integration with your ERP or order management system.
Is there a limit on SKUs per dataset?
Free plan supports up to 500 active SKUs. Growth supports up to 5,000 SKUs. Pro supports unlimited SKUs — designed for distributors and manufacturers with broad catalogs.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves 20% versus monthly (equivalent to getting 2.4 months free). Annual plans are billed upfront. Contact us for pricing on annual Pro plans or team packages.
